Summary: Hot water wasn't very hot. No vending machines ($4.35 bottles of soda at check in area to purchase) Breakfast was ok.

Summary: 2 night stay was great. It was a hospital procedure away from home, so spent most of time there. Overall was clean, staff nice & helpful. Loved the beds, so comfortable!!!

Summary: This Holiday Inn is ok. Not great. Not horrible. Ok. Pro's: The beds were comfortable. There is an indoor pool. Breakfast was complimentary. The person working over the breakfast was friendly. Con's: The toilet was stopped up when we arrived. The indoor pool had hair and trash in it. The cinnamon rolls were not available at breakfast. With some cleaning and maintenance this place could become excellent

Summary: Everything was generally good except the pullout sofa bed was really uncomfortable. There also appeared to be only one functioning ice machine, but we ended up finding ice on the fifth floor. Desk staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was good, especially the pancake maker.

Summary: My room was clean for the most part. Beds were comfortable…. Had multiple problems with key card… also did not receive housekeeping on none of my 3 days and had to retrieve my own supplies each day. The hotel breakfast was 8/10 .. Kids enjoy the pool and hot tub… Only real complaint I have is at night the lobby reeked of marijuana smoke. During the day though was no problem!

Summary: Not bad. The hot tub and pool were empty. Breakfast was okay, except for the sour orange juice and frozen water bottles. The location felt safe, which is a huge plus since the downtown is a bit sketchy. The tub stopper was missing, and a few other cosmetic issues.
